Ground Maintenance Support System

With the development of electronic and information technology in the field of national defense, electronic system plays an increasingly important role in weapon equipment. The proportion of electronic system in tank, missile, warship and aircraft equipment has exceeded 40%. Electronic system directly determines the function and performance of the whole equipment. Therefore, effective testing and verification of electronic system to ensure the reliability of electronic system has become a necessary means to ensure the reliability of the whole equipment.

 

Ground maintenance support system is a product of hardware and software. The hardware entity adopts CPCI architecture, which has good characteristics of wide temperature, strong reinforcement, anti-vibration, anti-impact, portability and so on. It meets the requirements of outfield work in harsh environment. The hardware can expand the interface, and has strong IO interface testing ability. The software modularization design can be tailored, the interface is clear, the operation is flexible, and it can collect incentive transmission and signal acquisition. It integrates data processing/analysis/display and data storage functions. It has the functions of IO interface verification, system data simulation, fault analysis and location.

 

The system can be applied to the research and development of electronic systems for national defense equipment, integrated debugging, acceptance testing, field testing and system maintenance, and effectively solve the difficult problems of functional verification, testing and fault location of complex electronic systems.

 

Our company has the ability of R&D and customization of outfield ground maintenance support equipment, including portable, customized, high and low temperature, vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and other test environments can be completed in one-stop mode in our company. It has four advantages: input controllable, process controllable, result controllable and problem traceable. Missile-borne Computer Testing Equipment

Missile-borne computer testing equipment is mainly used for various functions of missile-borne computer testing. It provides testing and evaluation environment for missile-borne computer in the development stage, which can greatly improve the development efficiency. The basic principle is to judge the output ignition signal by simulating various inputs of the missile-borne computer, including fuze, synchronization, seeker, gravity sensor, gyroscope and so on, so as to verify the correctness of the control strategy.

* Acquisition of Threshold, Delay and Voltage-stabilized Output Signal of Missile-borne Computer through A/D Channel of Test Equipment

* Acquisition of Modular Power Supply of Missile-borne Computer Output by Test Equipment A/D Channel

* The 12-channel ignition output signal, 5S time reference signal, fuze de-guarantee signal and tail-wing unlock signal of missile-borne computer are collected through A/D channel of test equipment.

* Acquisition of Input Speed and Temperature Signals of Missile-borne Computer through A/D Channel of Test Equipment

* Input/Output Signal of Analog Missile-borne Computer Peripheral Module Through Serial Port (Compatible with TTU232/422/485)

  software function

* According to the input parameters of the missile-borne computer, the output of the theoretical trajectory and the control strategy can be calculated and compared with the actual output of the computer, so as to judge whether the computer works properly.

* Waveform display and data processing can be carried out by various kinds of signals collected by testing equipment.
